I didn't know what kind of heart I would make today. I have always thought of the "Love Scripture" as the "Love is patient, Love is kind...." part. But recently I heard a good sermon that a friend of mine gave, and he stressed a later verse - "Love always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres." The longer I'm married to my husband, the more I value, appreciate, and truly understand the importance of these words. I just sort of picked up a pen and started writing. It came out in the right shape and the right size the very first time. I kid you not. And while I was only going to make one, I started to find it relaxing to write these over and over. What am I going to do with them? I have no idea. I put a couple on colored card stock. I'll bet my Mom would like one.
I think this would make a wonderful greeting card!
