Day Sixteen - Dreams
I had an idea for a dream pillow. The heart is a pocket, and you can write down a hope or a dream, and then secure it with the attached ribbon. I thought it might be fun to put it under your pillow or by your bed or something. There is nothing in this picture for scale, but it's about the size of a ring bearer pillow.
My realization for the day is that I'm not a perfectionist when it comes to crafting. Everything my Mom ever makes is perfect. I think ultimately I like to see an idea completed. I'd like it to be more perfectly done, but my desire to have it finished seems to outweigh the desire for perfection. I'm not sure what that says about me. Just noting it.

Interesting blurb there about perfection. I find myself wondering though - on a journey like 365, isn't the process itself your main priority? I would think that perfection will be 365 days of projects, not how well you handle every stitch and crease.
